I have decided to publish this 3 Week Diet Review because there is a lot of information on the internet about diets and how to lose weight fast. Some of it good. Some of it not so good. But rather than just give a review on a product that I have never actually tried, I figured I am going to go through the entire 3 week program to a T and document my results for all to see. A lot of people are probably asking (including myself) is it really possible to lose up to 21 pounds in only 3 weeks? It’s a pretty big claim. So we are going to see if it lives up to the hype.
What finally made me decide to make a change, and fast…
When I first decided to do this 3 Week Diet Review, I had not yet started the program. I did my research and the information that I found just made sense. I came to a tipping point and I just needed one little push to get my to my threshold where I knew it was time to make a change. Then it happened.
I was outside playing basketball with my 6 year old daughter. Within about 10 minutes, my knees were hurting, my lower back hurt, and I was winded and I had to take a break. Then my daughter said “Dad, how can you be tired already? Are you out of shape? Come on, let’s keep playing.” I don’t know why, but those words came at the perfect time. I am 45 years old. Out of shape, and it’s time to make a change.
At 6′-5″ I used to LOVE playing basketball. I could stand underneath the rim and jump straight up and dunk with 2 hands. Now, at 45 years old, and 255 pounds, I can’t even touch the rim. At my height, my ideal weight (for me) is about 220 pounds. I figure I have about 35 pounds to lose. Even my 6 year old can see this. The thought of continuing down this path was just too much for me to take.

The thing I liked about this program, as I found during my research, is that it isn’t some flashy gimmick weight loss program. It’s not some weird fad diet. It doesn’t have me drinking some strange lemonade concoction, it doesn’t involve some strange gizmos or gadgets. It’s just good nutrition based on scientific research and real world data. The thought of losing that amount of weight in such a short time is kind of hard to believe, but I am going to be your guinea pig. I am going to go through the entire program and document the process. Video and all. I will also be posting how easy or hard the diet is to follow on this blog.
This will truly be an unbiased 3 Week Diet Review that you can use to determine if it is right for you or not.
