The Three Week Diet

The three week diet will “trick” your body into entering a 24/7 fat burning mode by reducing carbohydrates and focusing on strategic protein consumption and healthy fats.

Meal frequency is also a key component of the three week diet.  Eating frequently (about every three hours) will ensure that you will stay in fat burning mode and it will also decrease cravings.  Missing a meal while on the Three Week Diet is considered a sin!  When you eat smaller, more frequent meals, your blood sugar levels will normalize, which will keep your insulin levels at bay.  This means you will burn fat and not store it!
